Celebrate last year’s successes and contribute to the future! We are pleased to invite you to the Prairie Gallery Society’s (o/a Art Gallery of Grande Prairie) Annual General Meeting.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
When – Thursday, September 24, 2020 at 7pm – 8pm
Where – Art Gallery of Grande Prairie, located within the Montrose Cultural Centre, 9839 103 Ave
Members of our organization are welcome to attend and participate in the following agenda items:
- Voting on the 2020/21 Directors
- Voting on the 2020/21 auditor
- Meet and greet with key new staff;
Brittany Kelsey (Manager, Development and Administration)
Manar Abo Touk (Curator, Exhibitions and Collections)
Robin Lynch (TREX Manager/Curator)
Copies of the 2019-20 Financial Statements, audited and accepted by the Board in accordance with our Bylaws, will be available and presented at the meeting.

Not a member or need to renew? – If your membership has lapsed, you can simply sign up at the Gallery or at the meeting. We’re launching a new, online pay method as well, so we’ll keep you posted! It’s only $10 and comes with a range of benefits.
Can’t make it? Vote by proxy! – Follow the link below to download a ‘proxy authorization’ letter allowing you to delegate your vote to another participant. Don’t know anyone who’s attending? Connect with us and we’ll ensure you have a proxy.
Want to be on the Board of Directors? – We take nominations from the floor at the AGM. Our preference is to assist and educate potential new Directors, so please reach out to us in advance of the meeting if you’re interested.
