Celebrate last year’s successes and contribute to the future! We are pleased to invite you to the Prairie Gallery Society’s (o/a Art Gallery of Grande Prairie) Annual General Meeting.
ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
When – Thursday, September 21, 2023
Time – 7 pm
Where – Art Gallery of Grande Prairie, located within the Montrose Cultural Centre, 9839 103 Ave
At the meeting, the 2022-23 Financial Statements will be approved by the Board with copies provided to members, and the 2022-2023 Annual Report will be available. View previous Annual Reports
All are welcome but you must have a valid membership in order to vote and make nominations.

You may purchase memberships in person at the Gallery or online HERE. If you’d like to inquire about the status of your membership, please email melanie@aggp.ca.
Nominations to the Board of Directors
You may nominate yourself as a candidate for a vacancy on the Board. To do so;
- Email your intention, and a bio up to 250 words, to info@aggp.ca.
- Organize for two (2) existing members of the Gallery also email their support of your nomination to info@aggp.ca.
- This will be a similar process if you wish to nominate someone other than yourself.We accept nominations from the floor at the AGM, however our preference is to assist and educate potential new Directors, so please reach out to us in advance of the September 21st meeting if you’re interested.
