ICE CARVING ARTISTS COMING TO MAMAWE CONCOURSE

The Art Gallery of Grande Prairie and City of Grande Prairie are excited to welcome an ice carving exhibit to the Montrose Cultural Centre, Mamawe Concourse Area(south side of building) on Sunday February 28th and March 1st, 2021.

The exhibit will see the real-time carving of ice sculptures unique to Grande Prairie, by two artists from the Ice on Whyte Festival, Mark Berge & Cliff Vacheresse. After the sculptures are carved, they will remain at the Montrose Cultural Centre site for the remainder of the Winter season for all to enjoy.
